3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on volume, distance, labor, and additional services.
  • Final charges may vary if there is a mismatch in declared goods or services requested.
  • Advance payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

4. Packing & Handling

  • We use standard packing materials and methods to ensure safety.
  • Customers must inform us about fragile, valuable, or hazardous items in advance.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items packed by the customer.

5. Transit & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
  • Customers must be available at the destination to receive goods.

6. Insurance

  • Transit insurance is optional and must be requested by the customer.
  • Claims for damage or loss will be processed only if insurance has been taken.
  • Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

7. Prohibited Items

Customers must not include:

  • Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals)
  • Illegal items
  • Perishable goods
  • Currency, jewelry, or high-value personal documents

We are not responsible for loss or damage to such items if included without notice.


8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.
  • Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of booking.
  • Refund timelines may take 7–10 business days.

9. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value declared by the customer.
