4. Packing & Handling

5. Transit & Delivery

- Customers must be available at the destination to receive goods.
6. Insurance
- Transit insurance is optional and must be requested by the customer.
- Claims for damage or loss will be processed only if insurance has been taken.
- Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
7. Prohibited Items
Customers must not include:
- Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals)

- Perishable goods
- Currency, jewelry, or high-value personal documents
We are not responsible for loss or damage to such items if included without notice.
